Normally I stick to Radio Control related stuff on this blog, but this news intersects so many areas of my interest that I can't help but post it.The National Library of New Zealand is the sixteenth institution to join
the Flickr Commons. The National Library's photostream currently
contains 120 photographs, although most seem to be uploaded at a
depressingly small resolution, it's still awesome to see some of our
nations greatest photography freed from the clutches of copyright
law, and uploaded to the Commons.
The National Library also has another Flickr account containing some
great photos which are still copyright encumbered.
